MoveUP-ICBC’s Employee Engagement Survey

To: All MoveUP members at ICBC
Yesterday, February 7th, ICBC launched their Employee Opinion Survey. We encourage all of you to take time out of your day to complete this survey and to share openly your concerns about your work and workload, your impression of your employer, and of your managers. Your manager should be arranging for you to have time to complete their survey on company time.
We often hear from members, just like you, who are frustrated with their situation at ICBC and yet are fearful to share their opinions with their employer. Now is your chance to tell ICBC’s senior leadership what needs immediate attention in your department.
When completing the open-ended questions near the end of their survey, we encourage you to include the area or department of the corporation where you work, as it does not appear this is asked. This will ensure that what you tell them about your situation, doesn’t get lost or overshadowed by others.
