Island Savings Credit Union – Tentative Agreement Reached – Membership Meeting & Vote Details

To: All MoveUP members at Island Savings Credit Union
Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with your employer, Island Savings Credit Union. Your bargaining committee was able to obtain a fair and reasonable tentative agreement with the employer.
Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- A four-year agreement
- Wage increases of $1.25 per hour increase to all classifications in year one, 2.5% year 2 , 2.5% year 3 & 4.25% in year 4
- $1000.00 signing bonus all current employees
- No concessions to current benefits or vacation
- Language to meet regularly on workload and scheduling
- Expansion of leave provisions included in the CBA
Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative agreement.
We have scheduled a ratification meeting on Tuesday, April 1, in order for your bargaining team to review and discuss the memorandum of agreement, and answer any questions you may have. This will also be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement. An online vote will be conducted following the meeting.
