ICBC – Vehicle Settlement Representative Update

Since our last update, your union has met several times with ICBC to discuss its decision to eliminate the Vehicle Settlement Representative position and find an adjustment plan for everyone affected by this decision. Although we have not yet reached agreement on the terms, we have made significant progress. 

The parties remain committed to working together to find best possible outcomes for all affected while upholding your rights and entitlements in the collective agreement. We thank you for your continued patience as we work towards finalizing this matter and anticipate providing a more substantive update next week.
