ICBC – Vacation Scheduling 2025 – LOU 27

To: All MoveUP Members at ICBC in job profiles - Claims Adjuster, Administration Coordinator, Claims Adjuster Commercial, Estimator (Express), Customer Claims Specialist, Support and Recovery Specialist, and Senior Support and Recovery Specialist
ICBC has begun the process of the annual vacation bid for 2025 in your respective job profiles. Included in this letter via 1(F): “The Corporation agrees to assign one job steward to act as a point of contact for employees who have questions or concerns about the call outs conducted by the Corporation. The Corporation will provide the assigned job steward with reasonable leave with pay to respond to these concerns. The assigned job steward must be mutually agreed to by the parties.”
