ICBC – Trained Stewards Now Available to Support You with ICBC’s Attendance Management Program
March 26, 2026
To: All MoveUP members at ICBC
ICBC’s Attendance Management Program (AMP) has created unnecessary stress for many members, and no one should navigate it alone. As part of our ongoing support, MoveUP has prepared a contact list of trained stewards who can assist you. Please see the list of names below.
Know Your Rights: You have the right to ask for a union representation (job steward) at any meeting related to attendance or performance. You also have the right to ask questions, request clarification, and take time to review documentation before responding.
Connect with a steward when:
- You receive an AMP related‑ letter or meeting request
- You receive an email from HR regarding AMP
- You believe management has misapplied the policy
- You are unsure of your rights in the process or have questions
- You need guidance on medical documentation, accommodation, or related issues
- You want union representation at any meeting
Keep your personal health information private. Stewards only need basic information to understand your situation. When you connect with a steward, please do not send them any personal medical records (such as diagnostic information, medical histories, and specialist reports). If medical documentation is ever required, it should be sent to ICBC’s Wellness Department or your union representative (union staff).
