ICBC – Site Visit – Surrey Offices

To: All MoveUP members at ICBC Surrey offices
Your Union Representative Anny Chen, Vice-President Dimitri Ossinsky, plus Union Representative Trainee Ajay Heer will be visiting ICBC members at Surrey offices in the upcoming two weeks.
Informal Meet & Greet
September 17, 2025: Gateway office, 3rd floor boardroom
September 22, 2025: GCC, 3rd floor boardroom 3A
September 24, 2025: Surrey Claim Centre, boardroom
Adjacent to our site visits, we will also be holding in-person Job Steward meetings at each location between 10am-12pm. After these meetings conclude, we will be doing an informal meet-and-greet with our members. We are looking forward to meeting and chatting with you. We will base our visits out of the respective meeting points.
This will be an excellent opportunity to connect with your union and more importantly an opportunity for us to connect with you. Please note we are planning a separate visit in November to see our members at the Surrey Licensing Office and Newton Claims.
If you have any questions or inquires ahead of our visits, let us know.
We also hope to take some photos of our members in their workplaces so we can document the kind of work you do and the services you provide. Our members do a wide range of different jobs, and we would like to have pictures of members at work so we can reflect that diversity.
So come and say hello when we come to your worksite and tell us more about the work that you do. We look forward to seeing you!
