Jaime will be working with your previous union representatives to get up to speed on workplace issues and grievances over the coming weeks. As we assessed the needs of your workplace and what is coming ahead, we believe this was an appropriate time to provide you with the opportunity to work with a new union representative who can bring a fresh voice and perspective.
Remember, your job steward is a valuable resource for you as well. If you have a concern regarding a workplace issue, you should approach your job steward first as they can help you assess your issue and determine the best course of action.
