ICBC – Bargaining Preparation Update #1

Thank you to those who took the time to complete the pre-bargaining survey. We had the highest participation we’ve ever had with 1,742 of you sharing your feedback through the survey.
Your Bargaining Committee came together from February 19 – 21, 2025 to review the survey results and begin planning our proposal package. We plan to come together again on March 24 and 25 to finalize our proposal package and bargaining strategy.
