Hertz (YVR) Customer Service Representative Shift Bid Committee

To: All MoveUP members at Dollar-Thrifty and Hertz YVR
As we do for all bargaining units, we do reappointments to all committees. For the Hertz Customer Service Representative (CSR) employees, the union is putting out a call for any interested Hertz CSR members in serving on the CSR Shift Bid Committee (including incumbent members).
We want a quick turnaround for interested members. Then, we will do an election for up to two (2) members to serve on the committee.
Any Hertz CSR member wishing to service on the committee needs to email us directly (dstorms@moveuptogether.ca) by no later than:

Time: 4:30 p.m.
A voting link will be sent out to all Hertz CSR members to their private email addresses on the morning of Thursday, January 22, 2026.
The voting link will close by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026.
Committee membership results will be announced shortly after that with the expectation that the shift bid committee complete its work in a timely fashion.
The committee will then review the survey results with your union representative and begin drafting proposals for a renewed collective agreement.
