Bargaining survey
A bargaining survey will be distributed to you at your home email address. The survey asks a series of questions about your work and conditions of employment. It’s incredibly important for you to participate in the survey and provide your input. We will be tailoring our proposals based on your feedback.
Proposals
Your committee has tentatively booked time in late July to review the survey results and draft bargaining proposals. More information on the proposals and bargaining expectations will be discussed at a membership meeting in mid-August.
Proposals Exchange and Bargaining Dates
Employer Representatives have agreed to bargaining in advance of the contract expiration and end of fiscal year budgeting. The first bargaining dates are tentatively scheduled for mid-October.
