Dollar-Thrifty and Hertz YVR – Bargaining Survey and Bargaining Preparation Update 2025

To: All MoveUP members at Dollar-Thrifty and Hertz YVR
As you know, our current collective agreement expired on October 31, 2025, and your collective agreement will remain in effect until a new collective agreement has been bargained and ratified by both parties.
Your bargaining committee met yesterday (December 10, 2025) and again today (December 11, 2025).
We still have 32 members without email addresses, and your bargaining committee will be working with members to get those emails.
We have 89 members with registered emails and did not get responses from everyone.
We will open the survey link on December 11, 2025, and the link will remain open until December 19, 2025, at 4 p.m. to give members one final opportunity to fill out the survey if they have not done so already.
For those without email addresses, your bargaining committee members will be reaching out to you personally to get an email address from you.
Please complete the on-line survey. We will send you the on-line survey link in a separate email to your home email address. After the survey closes on December 19, 2025, at 4 p.m., there will be no further opportunity.
