Combined Vancouver Island Health and Safety Training–April 24 & 25

In response to the feedback we received from last year’s job steward meetings we would like to offer you the opportunity to attend this OH&S training session as part of our commitment to continued education. This training is being instructed by the BC Federation of Labour’s Health and Safety Center.  Registration is on a first come basis with maximum registration of 24 participants.  In order to secure a spot, please register asap.

DATES:          April 24 & 25, 2017     **Must attend both days**
TIME:             8:30 am to 5:00 pm  
LOCATION:   South Pender Island Ballroom – Hotel Pacific Grand, 463 Belleville St, Victoria

Please note that attendance at this training does not absolve the employer from providing you with the 8 hours training outlined in section 135 of the Act.
