CapilanoU – WorkTango Survey

To: All MoveUP Members at CapilanoU
We’ve received a number of inquiries of concerns in regards to the employer’s recently released WorkTango Survey, specifically in regards to Question #57 :
“I am satisfied with my total rewards package (base salary, bonus/commission, benefits, perks, etc.)”
The survey is not mandatory, but we encourage all MoveUP members who choose to take the survey to take time to carefully consider the question and answer truthfully and without reservation in regards to their compensation package. The employer cannot take the position that they are not aware of any concerns regarding compensation at the bargaining table if all MoveUP members, comfortable in sharing their experience, share their perspective with the employer through this survey.
