BCH & Powertech – Renewal of Flexible Work Model LOU

To: All MoveUP members at BCH & Powertech
Your union is pleased to announce that we have come to an agreement with your employer to extend the Flexible Work Model agreement from one-year to a two-year term, with a new end date of September 8, 2026.
The agreement, under a Letter of Understanding (LOU) has been in place since August 2021 and was extended by the parties in one-year increments. The current term expired this September 8, 2024.
As some of the language in the LOU was redundant, some minor changes were made to bring it up to date. No other changes were made to the structure of the agreement.
If you have any questions regarding the renewed agreement, please do not hesitate to contact your job steward or union representative.
