BC Regional Council of Carpenters – Tentative Agreement Reached

Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with your employer, BC Regional Council of Carpenters.
Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- 9.84 percent compounded over life of agreement
- Reduced temp employees to 15 months from 18 months
- Temp benefits after 6 months
- Clarified and improved overtime language and travel language
Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative agreement.
We will be holding a meeting on April 13, in order to review the Memorandum of Agreement with you. In attendance will be your bargaining committee as well as Vice President of Combined Units, Christy Slusarenko. This will also be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement.
Further details, including information about the ratification process and opportunities to review the full tentative agreement, will be shared shortly.
