BC Civil Liberties Association – Bargaining Committee Election

To: All MoveUP Members at BC Civil Liberties Association
Due to the resignation of Amy Kim from BC Civil Liberties Association, there is now a vacant position on the bargaining committee.
In order to provide all employees an opportunity to serve on the committee, we are asking for volunteers for the vacant position. If you are interested in being on the bargaining committee, please send an email to ygarie@moveuptogether.ca before 4:30pm on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 . If more than one member is interested, we will hold an election.
Your existing bargaining committee member met with the union on several occasions to draft up proposals for your first collective agreement. We anticipate that bargaining with the employer will commence soon.
