Alpine Counselling Clinic – Bargaining Update #5

To: All MoveUP members at Alpine Counselling Clinic
Your Bargaining Committee met with your employer on December 10, 2024 and December 11, 2024 to continue collective bargaining. Great progress was made with the Parties having now signed off on the majority of the proposals that will form the finished collective agreement.
The Parties are very close to reaching a deal and will be exchanging proposals with the final changes into early January. We have January 9, 2025 set aside for bargaining if needed and we are very hopeful to reach an agreement by mid-January 2025.
Once an agreement is reached, a membership meeting will be held to go over the contents of the agreement with you as members and then you will have the opportunity to vote on/ratify the deal.
