Alma Mater Society – Food & Beverage – Bargaining Update #1

To: All MoveUP members at AMS Food and Beverage Department

Dear members,

This Thursday, September 11th, your Union met with your Employer to further discussions on the incorporation of Food and Beverage workers into the Alma Mater Society Collective Agreement.

The Union is optimistic that the parties are close to agreement on the outstanding non-monetary concerns. Discussions are set to continue on October 6th and 9th, 2025.

If you have any questions or concerns about the variance process, the applicability of the current AMS collective agreement, or your overall rights at work, don’t hesitate to contact your Union Representative Kai Sharpe at ksharpe@moveuptogether.ca.
