Seaspan ULC – Bargaining Update #4

To: All MoveUP members at Seaspan ULC

Since our last update of November 4, 2025, your bargaining committee has met with the employer four more times.

Significant progress has been made and the majority of non-monetary items have been resolved. During the last session on January 21, 2026, the parties touched on some monetary items and your committee hopes to have fulsome discussions on the remaining monetary items when we meet again on January 26 and 27, 2026.

We will keep you updated as bargaining progresses.
