TWU – Reimbursement for personal cell phone – LOU #4

Your employer has implemented a need for Microsoft Teams enabled phones with subscription for those of you who work remotely, work overtime, or when participating in engagement work (LOU#2).

We have heard from our members that some of you would prefer to use your personal cell phone rather than an employer-provided phone.

Recognizing that, we have agreed to a Letter of Understanding (LOU #4) which requires your employer to reimburse $35 per month for employees who work from home (fully remote or hybrid) and who use their personal cell phone for work purposes.
