Education Committee – Request for proposals

To: All MoveUP Committee chairs / co-chairs and the Education Committee members
The Education Committee Co-Chairs are seeking proposals for the development of educational materials to support our ongoing educational initiatives for members and job stewards. We welcome all interested to submit a proposal that outlines your approach and content plan.
All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the committee co-chairs to ensure they align with our mission, vision, and values.
Summary of Requested Content:
The educational materials should aim to inform, train, or engage, we encourage innovative approaches that incorporate modern delivery methods such as digital platforms and multimedia, and that reflect current best practices in adult education and union development. Please keep in mind we may use these materials at job steward seminar and or webinars.

- Proposals will be assessed, and the successful proponent will be contacted by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 11, 2025.
- Please note: Only the successful proponent will be contacted.
- If selected, you will not be compensated financially for this work; however, minimal Leave of Absences (LOAs) can be provided to support your participation.
