VantageOne Credit Union – Bargaining Update #7

To: All MoveUP members at VantageOne Credit Union
On May 14, 2024, you voted to ratify the new collective agreement negotiated by your bargaining committee. Since ratification, your union and the employer have been working to update the collective agreement. In the fall of 2024, there were concerns raised regarding the pay period in which you would receive your 2025 wage increase. Through discussions and review of the relevant bargaining notes, the parties came to a mutual agreement whereas the employer will apply the 2025 wage increase during Pay Period 25, on November 23, 2025.
It is your union’s intention to establish December 1 as the recurring application date for your wage increases at the next negotiation. Your bargaining committee would like to thank our members for raising this concern.
