Alpine Counselling Clinic – Tentative Agreement Reached – Membership Meeting & Vote Details

To: All MoveUP members at Alpine Counselling Clinic
We are pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached with your employer. Your bargaining committee was able to obtain a fair and reasonable tentative agreement with the employer.
Some of the highlights include:
- 3 year agreement from ratification until January 31, 2028
- Signing bonuses up to $2,000 depending on length of service
- 4 Step wage grid implementation with increases at 4 months, 1 year and 2 years of service
- Individuals receive an average of 13% pay increase in first year
- 3% across the board wage increases in 2026 and 2027
- 5% Incentive pay for Neurofeedback Technicians for booking 10 session packages
- Implementation of a comprehensive group benefits plan including prescriptions, extended health, dental and vision
- Enhanced mental health coverage of up to $1,000 per year
- 5% in lieu of benefits for part-time employees who don’t qualify for benefits
- Vacation based on years of service up to 5 weeks
- Statutory holidays including Easter Monday and Boxing Day for a total of 13 statutory holidays
- Up to 8 days per year of sick leave which can be used for immediate family illness
- Bereavement Leave up to 3 days
- Annual Professional Development Allowance of $500
We have scheduled a ratification meeting for your bargaining team to review and discuss the memorandum of agreement, and answer any questions you may have.
