Ecojustice – Ratification Voting Instructions

To: All MoveUP members at Ecojustice
The ratification vote will be conducted online through Simply Voting. Your bargaining committee is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement.
How you vote
To vote, simply log in to the member portal and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you are having difficulty signing into the member portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address and then click here. If you do not know your membership number please email membership and they will assist you with this. If you are not registered on the member portal prior to the vote opening you will not be eligible to vote.
Online voting
Voting opens: Monday, December 9 at 8:30 am
Voting closes: Thursday, December 12 at 4:30 pm
If you have any questions regarding the Memorandum of Agreement, please reach out to one of the members of the Bargaining Committee.
