UPDATE: COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate Policy

To: All MoveUP members at FBC & FBC-CSC
We are writing to provide an update on the COVID-19 vaccination mandate policy since our last bulletin of March 8, 2022.
The Company has revised the policy and sent out communication to the members yesterday.
The important piece to note, is that there will be no longer a requirement for members to provide proof of vaccination by April 11, 2022, yet it is encouraged. The Company has decided to suspend it until further notice.
This in turn means that members will not be required to undergo COVID-19 testing if they were not prepared to provide proof of vaccination by the April 11, 2022, date.
The Company further states that all other provisions and requirements of the Policy remain in effect, including the requirement for new employees to be fully vaccinated. It is also identified that all individuals entering the Company’s worksites must follow the COVID-19 safety protocols.
As we have learned with this pandemic, things have and could change as we make our way through it, and please note that the requirement to provide proof of vaccination could also change.
