The Job Steward and Executive Councillors meetings for 2025 have been scheduled for the following dates:
Friday, January 24, 2025
Tuesday, February 18, 2025
Wednesday, March 19, 2025
Wednesday, April 16, 2025 – in-person at MoveUP
Tuesday, May 20, 2025
Friday, June 20, 2025
Wednesday, September 10, 2025 – in-person at MoveUP
Tuesday, October 7, 2025
Wednesday, November 12, 2025
Friday, December 5, 2025 – in-person at MoveUP
All on-line meetings will be held via Teams. Please note we will be having 3 in-person meetings on April 16, September 10 and December 5.
You will receive a reminder notice each month. Please try to advise Lisa Jeffery as soon as possible regarding your attendance so that appropriate arrangements can be made for any leaves of absence or other relevant details. As you are all aware, there have been issues with leaves, and we want to ensure that we are being as proactive as possible in terms of notice to the employers.
Please advise if there are any questions or concerns arising from the above.
