WVIS-Bargaining-Tentative Agreement Reached

Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have finalized negotiating a tentative collective agreement with your employer, WVIS. You can view the MOA here.

Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:

• 3 year agreement
• 6% Year 1, 4% Year 2, 2% Year 3
• $500.00 signing bonus
• Increase to Health Spending Account from $300.00 annual to $500.00 annual
• Telework language

Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative collective agreement.

We will be holding a meeting in order to review the tentative agreement with you. This will also be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement. The vote will be conducted by secret ballot online. Please make every effort to attend.
