MacLure’s Cabs Bargaining Update #1

To: All MoveUP members at MacLure's Cabs
Your bargaining committee met your employer today to begin bargaining your next collective agreement. We tabled 18 proposals, and your employer tabled no proposals. We reviewed each of our proposals with your employer and answered any questions they had. Bargaining concluded with your employer committing to review the proposals with leadership to develop responses for our next meeting.
We discussed scheduling future bargaining dates, and your employer advised that they are entering into a very busy time of year for them and that they are unavailable to meet until late January or February. We are committed to returning to the bargaining table at the earliest dates they are available. We will update you following our next meeting.
