Hertz Victoria Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP members at Hertz Victoria
Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with your employer, Hertz Victoria.
Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- 4-year agreement – 12% wage increase in the first year, retroactive to April 1, 2023
- 4% wage increase in 2024
- 3% wage increase in 2025
- 3.5% wage increase in 2026
- National Truth and Reconciliation Day incorporated into Collective Agreement
Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative agreement.
We will be holding a meeting on November 21, 2023, in order to review the tentative agreement with you. In attendance will be your bargaining committee. This will be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement. The vote will be conducted by secret ballot. Please make every effort to attend.
