Hertz – Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP members at Hertz (Vancouver Airport)
Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer, Hertz.
Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:
3-year term (4%, 3%, 3%) Fully Retro active
Extra week of vacation after 30 years of service
Increase in Massage and Chiropractor
Unlimited Physiotherapy
Increase in vision care.
Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative collective agreement.
We will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, in order to review the tentative agreement with you. You can view the memorandum here. This will also be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement. The vote will be conducted by secret ballot. Please make every effort to attend.
