Hastings Entertainment Inc. – Membership Meeting
December 7, 2017
To: All MoveUP members at Hastings Entertainment Inc.
Your union will be holding a meeting to discuss the status of collective bargaining and provide information on what the next steps will be going forward.
As you know, the employer has applied for and was successful in its application to hold a last offer vote scheduled to take place on Sunday, December 17, 2017. We will be discussing this in more detail during the meeting.
Please be advised that President David Black, Union Representatives and Bargaining Committee Members will be in attendance to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
The meeting details are as follows:
Date: Sunday, December 10, 2017
Time: 10am – 4pm (drop in)
Place: Cypress Room, Atrium Inn (2889 East Hastings Street, Vancouver)
