Enterprise – Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP members at Enterprise
Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer, Enterprise.
Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- 3-year term (4%, 3%, 3%)
- Increase in Launch Pad Agent wages
- Extra week of vacation after 30 years of service
- Additional paid day off for all full and part-time members
- Increase in dental benefits
- Increase in vision care
- Increase in severance
Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative collective agreement.
We will be holding a meeting on Monday, January 9, 2023, in order to review the tentative agreement with you. You can view the memorandum here. This will also be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement. The vote will be conducted by secret ballot. Please make every effort to attend.
