Enterprise Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP members at Enterprise

Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer. Your committee wants to thank you for your patience as this was an extremely complicated negotiation, but we are very pleased with the result.

Some of the highlights:

  • 3-year term (4%,3%,3%)
  • Increase in Launch Pad Agent wages
  • Extra week of vacation after 30 years of service
  • Additional paid day off for all full and part-time members
  • Increase in dental benefits
  • Increase in vision care
  • Increase in severance

Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative agreement.  We will keep you updated as to when and where the ratification meeting and vote will be held.
