Coast Mountain Bus – Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP members at CMBC
Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer, CMBC. Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative collective agreement.
We will be holding online meetings on Thursday, August 3rd, in order to review the tentative agreement with you. In attendance will be your bargaining committee: Sean Gosse, Tej Basi, Simone Byrne, Stephen Lebrechthausen and Andrew Cheverie. Shawn Lakusta will be on bereavement leave and gives his regrets as he will not be able to attend the meeting.
How and when to vote:
Voting will commence on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at 12:00pm and close Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.
To vote, simply log in to the Members Portal https://memberportal.moveuptogether.ca/ and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you are having difficulty signing into the member portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address. If you do not know your membership number you can obtain this number through an online form at https://moveuptogether.ca/membernumber/
Please email membership and they will assist you with this. If you are not registered on the member portal prior to the voting opening you will not be eligible to vote. It is recommended you attempt to login into the Members Portal now to ensure you have access.
