CapilanoU – Tentative Agreement Ratified by Membership

Please be advised that the ballots were counted August 2, 2023, by the MoveUP Returning Officer.
The MoveUP members at CapilanoU voted in favour of accepting the proposed terms of settlement.
The results are as follows:
Accept Proposed Terms of Settlement: 226
Reject Proposed Terms of Settlement: 7
Spoiled Ballots: 0
Total Ballots Cast: 233
The collective agreement will be updated with the agreed changes and once both parties review and sign a copy will be provided to the membership. A copy of the Memorandum of Agreement and the collective agreement can also be found on our website.
