Final reminder of our ratification meetings today! The MOA can be found here,
and the “LOU” regarding remote work can be found here.
You can attend the 11 a.m. meeting today without make up time, however it is scheduled concurrently with your lunch break today.
The ratification meetings details are as follows:
DATE: Friday, July 28, 2023
TIME: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
PLACE: Zoom (register for the meeting here)
AND
DATE: Friday, July 28, 2023
TIME: 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
PLACE: Zoom (register for the meeting here)
Please make every effort to attend.
How and when to vote:
Voting will commence on Friday July 28, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. and close Tuesday August 1, 2023 at 4:30 p.m.
To vote, simply log in to the Members Portal https://memberportal.moveuptogether.ca/ and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you are having difficulty signing into the member portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address. If you do not know your membership number you can obtain this number through an online form at https://moveuptogether.ca/membernumber/
Please email membership and they will assist you with this. If you are not registered on the member portal prior to the voting opening you will not be eligible to vote. It is recommended you attempt to login into the Members Portal now to ensure you have access.
