Black Top Cabs – Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP members at Black Top Cabs
Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with your employer. Some highlights of the agreement include:
- Six Year Term from July 1, 2020.
- 3.00% wage increase upon ratification.
- 1.50% wage increase on December 31, 2024, 2025 and 2026.
- Your signing bonus will be calculated at 1.15% of your gross earnings between July 1, 2020 and December 21, 2023.
We will be holding a meeting in order to review the tentative agreement with you. Please find your Memorandum of Agreement.

Ratification Vote
Your union has recently launched a request page for you to obtain your Member ID. We respectfully ask you to keep your contact information current by following the instruction on the member portal. The ratification vote will open following the membership meeting and will close on the following business day, at 12 noon. Your bargaining committee is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement. Your time and patience are greatly appreciated by your bargaining committee.
