It’s time to talk about an equitable recovery

We don’t have to tell you that February is Black History Month.

We don’t have to tell you that this year Black History Month carries a lot of meaning.

Racialized workers have seen higher unemployment through this pandemic.
They also make up a large number of the essential workers keeping us afloat.
But while working those frontline jobs, they’re likely making less than their non-racialized counterparts.

It’s time to put an end to systemic anti-Black racism. We need to discuss how the labour movement can support this goal.

Join us for a webinar on Tuesday, February 23 at 10 a.m. PT. Register here:

We’ll be talking about the pandemic recovery, and how to ensure it is inclusive and equitable.

No one should be left behind.

We look forward to seeing you there,
