AVIS – Transition Committee Meetings – January 23 + 24, 2018

To: All MoveUP Members at Avis
Our newly established Transition Committee met last Wednesday, December 6th for the first time to discuss our needs and wants.
We have confirmed two formal dates with the employer to discuss our transition into the current collective agreement, January 23rd and 24th. As a reminder, please take the time to speak with your committee members and voice your concerns.
Soon we will be sending out a survey and I encourage you to fill it out and send it to the union office. Please take this opportunity to provide insight, clarification and opinions on your role in your workplace.
Participation is completely voluntary, however, completing the survey will ensure that your perspective is considered by the Transition Committee when developing our strategies going forward.
