**REVISED** BC Hydro – Union visit to Fort St. John and surrounding sites to meet with members

To: All MoveUP members at Various BC Hydro Locations
Visit to Fort St. John and surrounding sites to meet with members
Next week, Tuesday March 19, 2024, to Thursday March 21, 2024, representatives from MoveUP will be visiting Site C, Peace Canyon Dam, WAC Bennett Dam, the Fort St. Community Consultation Office and DO to meet with our members working in these areas.
Joining the meeting at Site C will be:
- Mike Novak, Union Representative
- Barb Gibson, Workers Compensation Appeals Representative
- Kurt Langdon, Union Steward
- Sheri Sewell, Union Steward
- Jody Lefebvre, Union Steward
Details of our visit are listed in the itinerary below.
Tuesday, March 19, 2024:
- From 1:30pm to 4:00pm, members are welcome to meet with the union.
- Location will be LB1, Construction Room 3
- Additionally, we will be available onsite after 6:00pm in the games room at Two Rivers Lodge.
Wednesday, March 20, 2024:
- The MoveUP team will drive to the Peace Canyon and WAC Bennett Dams to speak with members.
- Peace Canyon Dam from 12:00pm to 1:30pm
- WAC Bennett Dam from 2:30pm to 4:00pm
Thursday, March 21, 2024:
- The MoveUP team will visit the Fort St. John Community Consultation Office to meet with members from 9:30am to 10:45am.
- The MoveUP team will visit the Fort St. John DO from 11:00am to 12:15pm.
We encourage you to seek permission from your manager to adjust your break schedule to be able to attend the members meeting that is most convenient for you.
