CMAW BC-Bargaining Update #1

Your bargaining committee met with the employer to start collective bargaining at the MoveUP office in Burnaby on November 9, 2023.

The parties have discussed and tabled all items including monetary proposals. The parties have signed off several non-monetary proposals, including improved process language and benefit improvements.

The parties will reconvene on November 23, 2023, and we are cautiously optimistic we may be able to conclude collective bargaining if we can reach agreement on wage increases.
