New Democratic Party of BC – Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP members at the BC NDP

Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer, BCNDP.

Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:

  • 3 Year Agreement
  • General wage increases of 6% in year 1, 3% in year 2, and 3% in year 3
  • Enhanced bereavement leave
  • Indigenous Cultural Leave
  • $300/2yr Cell Phone Purchase Allowance
  • $120.00/m Cell Phone Usage Allowance
  • Increase to psych coverage to $1500.00\yr

We will be holding a meeting in order to review the tentative agreement with you and to conduct a ratification vote. Details will follow in a subsequent bulletin.
