Richmond Taxi – Bargaining Update – Tentative Agreement Reached

Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer, Richmond Taxi.
Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- 2 year and 3 months long deal
- 9.78% increase effective May 1, 2023
- $2,000 signing bonus
- Improvement to sick leave
- Addition of National Truth & Reconciliation Day as statutory holiday
Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative collective agreement. The ratification vote will take place online.
How you vote:
To vote, simply log in to the member portal and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you are having difficulty signing into the member portal, please email membership@moveuptogether.ca. If you haven’t already registered for your account, you will need your membership number and home email address and then click here. If you do not know your membership number, please email membership and they will assist you with this. If you are not registered on the member portal prior to the vote opening, you will not be eligible to vote.
