Alma Mater Society – Tentative Agreement Reached

To: All MoveUP members at AMS
Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer, Alma Mater Society.
Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:
- 3 year contract, from June 1st 2021 to June 1st 2024
- Wage increases of 4.5%, 5% and 5.5% annually, fully retroactive
- Paramedical improvements
- Improved leave provisions
Your bargaining committee is strongly recommending ratification of the tentative collective agreement.
We will be holding a zoom meeting on February 28, 2023, in order to review the tentative agreement with you. You can view the memorandum here.
On the meeting will be your bargaining committee as well as Union Representative, Phil Bargen and Ronnie Ho. This will also be your opportunity to vote on the tentative agreement. The online vote will be open after the meeting for two days. Please make every effort to attend.
