Ecojustice – Bargaining 2024-Survey #2

The Bargaining Committee met on July 8^th and July 12^th to review the survey results and to begin proposal drafting.

In reviewing the survey responses and based on our discussions during the membership meeting on July 11^th, we felt it necessary to request further clarification. This secondary survey is optional, however the results of the survey are completely anonymous. We intend on referring back to your feedback at the table when discussing some core items during negotiations, however we will do so with protecting anonymity as our primary consideration.

Please complete the on-line survey. We will send you the on-line survey link in a separate email to your home email address. By completing this survey prior to the deadline of July 31, 2024, you will assist your bargaining committee in communicating the sentiment of employees in terms of accountability and transparency at Ecojustice.

Thank you in advance for your participation and we will be updating you with our progress along the course of negotiations. Another membership meeting will be scheduled for August.
