SUMMARY:Big Splash Water Park
DESCRIPTION:MoveUP invites you and your family to come out to BigSplash on July 9\, 2022\, for a day of waterpark fun and a barbecue get together. \nOur day will include: \n\nAdmission to the waterpark\nBurger Bar Lunch with traditional fixings\, Caesar salad\, Pasta salad\, assorted pop and assorted bag of chips.\nAccess to all the rides and slides including the Boomerango\, the only tuberide of its kind in Western Canada.\nIt’s a six story vertical drop. More information about these rides here\n\nWe anticipate this event will sell out fast. \nTickets are $25.00 – per person\nChildren three and under – Free \nThere is a limit of five tickets per family. At least one  MoveUP member and four guests. MoveUP members must attend with their guests. \nParking is not included in the price and can be purchased onsite; however\, we have been provided 20 free parking stalls and will hold a draw on July 4 at 1 p.m. to raffle these off. So make sure to have put in your registration by no later than July 4 at noon. \nFurther information on parking location and options will be provided shortly. \nMoveUP’s Events and Social Planning Committee volunteers will be available at the main admission gate to hand out tickets.\nGates open at 11 a.m.  The park closes at 6 p.m.\nTickets MUST be picked up between 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at the main gate– See map.\nThis is the only time and place that you will be able to pick up tickets. \nTickets for this event will go on sale at 5 p.m. this Friday\, June 24.\nPlease click here at that time to purchase tickets. \nWe anticipate this event to be very popular – please keep trying on the site as it is sure to be very busy.  There will also be the opportunity to leave your name on the wait-list – but once the wait-list is full it will no longer take names.  If you cannot add your name to the wait-list unfortunately it is most likely that there would not be a ticket available for you. \n** for those walking on the ferry from the Gulf Islands or Vancouver Island\, please note it is a 20-minute walk from the Transit stop at 52nd St. and South Fraser Perimeter Road (HWY 17) ** \nWe look forward to seeing you! \nIn solidarity\, \nAnnette Toth\nEvents and Social Planning Committee Chair

DESCRIPTION:MoveUP’s Event and Social Planning Committee invite you to watch the Fraser Valley Bandits take on the Ottawa BlackJacks on Sunday\, July 17\, at the Langley Events Centre with a 1 p.m. tip off. \nThis is a Star Wars themed event/game\, costumes are welcome. \n \nThe Fraser Valley Bandits are # 1 in their league currently. See standings here. \nEnjoy a professional basketball game and watch world-class entertainment. \nBe a part of a fast-paced experience with great music\, food and tons of action. \nSome lucky members will get to be apart of the following: \n\nBuckets with Berry: Pregame for kids\, shoot baskets on the court with our mascot\, Berry!\nFan Tunnel: Some members may receive the thrill of a lifetime as they stand front and centre to give high fives to each member of the Bandits as part of the player introduction ceremony.\nCourt Photo: We are asking that all members and guests stay until after the game so that we are able to take a group photo at centre court with the Bandits mascot\, Berry!\n\n\nGame Day: Sunday\, July 17\, 2022.
