DESCRIPTION:MoveUP’s Events and Social Planning committee is pleased to offer members the opportunity to see a BC Lions game on October 6\, 2023\, versus the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. \nGame Night: Friday\nGame Time: 7 p.m.\nDoors Open: 6 p.m.\nLocation:  BC Place\, 777 Pacific Blvd\, Vancouver \nMoveUP will be sitting in the Coors Light Den where we will have our own Burger Bar!  The Burger bar will consist of carnivore beef burgers\, applewood smoked bacon\, aged cheddar\, lettuce\, tomato\, onion\, pickles\, BC places’ own secret burger sauce & condiments.\nWe will have vegetarian patty options also – but please make sure to state that you want vegetarian when registering. \nTicket Details: 2 tickets per member (member and guest) – Member MUST attend game with their guest.  Due to the popularity of this event\, the number of guest tickets has been limited to one to be able to offer more to all union members.  Game tickets will be emailed to your home email address so please make sure to input this information correctly on the registration form. DESCRIPTION:MoveUP invites you and your family to come out to BigSplash on July 22\, 2023\, for a day of waterpark fun and a barbecue get together. \nOur day will include: \n\nAdmission to the waterpark\nBurger Bar Lunch with traditional fixings\, 2 salads\, assorted pop / water and assorted bag of chips.\nAccess to all the rides and slides including the Boomerango\, the only tuberide of its kind in Western Canada.\nIt’s a six story vertical drop. More information about these rides here\n\nWe anticipate this event will sell out fast. \nTickets are $30.00 – per person.\nChildren three and under – Free \nThere is a limit of five (5) tickets per family. At least one (1) MoveUP member and four (4) guests. MoveUP members must attend with their guests.\nNo refunds. \nParking is not included in the price and can be purchased onsite; however\, we have been provided twenty (20) free parking stalls and will hold a draw on July 14 at 1 p.m. to raffle these off. DESCRIPTION:MoveUP’s Events and Social Planning committee is pleased to offer members the opportunity to see a BC Lions game. \nGame Night: Saturday\, October 15\, 2022.\nGame Time: 7 p.m.\nDoors Open: 6 p.m.\nLocation:  BC Place\, 777 Pacific Blvd\, Vancouver \nTicket Price: $25 per person – which includes a special BC LIONS Souvenir and $10 voucher to use for concessions. \nTicket Details: 2 tickets per member (member and guest) – Member MUST attend game with their guest.  Due to the popularity of this event the number of guest tickets has been limited to one to be able to offer more to all union members. If the event has not sold out by October 7\, we will look at selling any of the extra tickets to those interested in purchasing up to 2 more. \nWe will be doing things a little differently for this event. Game tickets will be emailed to your home email address. Please make sure to input this information correctly on the registration form. \nOnce inside the stadium\, please come see us at the THE TRULY DEN\, the ultimate social area at every BC Lions game\, where you will receive your $10 voucher and Lions souvenir. DESCRIPTION:MoveUP is pleased to invite members and their guests to a special event with the Whitecaps FC on Saturday\, August 27th\, 2022. \nThe Whitecaps will take on Nashville SC at 7 p.m. at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver\, and we hope you and your family or friends will join us while we cheer them on! \nTickets are $20.00/person\, with a limit of 4 tickets per member.\nPlease note that members must attend this game with their guests. \nWe also have 60 spots reserved for a on field experience of being a Large Jersey Flag Bearer!\nThe Large Jersey Flag Bearers are responsible for unfurling this large flag just prior to opening procession on the pitch.\nThey will be required to attend a quick briefing with Whitecaps FC staff prior to the match outlining details of the activation.\nYou and your guests would have to be at BC place 75 minutes prior to kickoff.  You would have to be there at 5:45 p.m.\nFollowing the opening ceremony\, the Large Jersey Flag Bearers will carry the flag off the pitch and then return to their seats to enjoy the match.\nIf you are interested in participating in this event – please send separate email to kprinz@moveuptogether.ca -you must have a ticket to the event to take part in this.\nWe will hold a draw for the 60 spots and inform you in the week before the event. \nOur union social events have been extremely popular this year\, and we anticipate this one to be no different.\nIf you and your family want to be part of this great night\, please register for tickets as soon as they go on sale. \nTickets will go on sale this Friday\, August 5th\, at 5 p.m..  Please click HERE at that time.\nPlease add your name to the waitlist if tickets sell out and we will be in touch if anything becomes available. \nGame tickets will be available for pick up on game day prior to the event.
