Yellow Cabs Tentative Agreement Reached – Ratification Meeting May 31

Your bargaining committee is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with your employer.  Some highlights of the agreement include:

• Three Year Term.
• 3% wage increase retroactively.
• 5% wage increase effective July 1, 2023.
• 3.25% wage increase effective July 1, 2024.
• The employer’s reliance on any third-party call centre agents is restricted to protect your job security.

We will be holding a meeting in order to review the tentative agreement with you. Please find your Memorandum of Agreement here.

Ratification Vote – How you vote

The ratification vote will open following the membership meeting and will close on the following business day, at 12 noon. Your bargaining committee is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement.

To vote, simply log in to the Member Portal and you will see the option to vote on the screen. If you have not already registered a Member Portal account, you will need to do so. You can refer to our online guide or watch the tutorial videos for more information. You will need your membership number and your personal email address to create an account. If you do not know your membership number, please go to moveuptogether.ca/membernumber and complete the online form and you will be contacted within 1 business day.
