MacLure’s Cabs Wages and Benefits

The employer recently stated that your employee status and wages were corrected after our June 29, 2022 discussion. You can access your collective agreement on our website, and your wages are as follows:

Call Taker/Phone Operator – $15.79/hour
Dispatcher – Full Time – $19.41/hour
Dispatcher – Part Time – $18.19/hour

• Part time dispatchers shall move to the full time dispatcher rate of pay after 1,000 hours worked as a part time dispatcher.
