IBEW 213 Employer Group – Tentative Agreement Reached

All MoveUP members at IBEW 213, IBEW 213 Joint Training and IBEW 213 Welfare Plan

We are pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative collective agreement with your employer.

Some highlights of the tentative agreement include:

  • 4 year agreement with full retroactivity from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2025 as follows:

–Year 1    1.0% January 1, 2022

                 2.0% July 1, 2022

–Year 2    5.0% January 1, 2023

–Year 3    4.5% January 1, 2024

–Year 4    5.0% January 1, 2025

  • $750 Signing Bonus
  • National Day of Truth and Reconciliation
  • Increased vacation entitlements
  • Improved vacation accrual language
  • Updated and improved pregnancy, parental and adoption leave
  • Increased training and supervisory differential contributions
  • Increased pension contributions
  • Improved bullying and harassment language
  • Improved recall language
  • Improved discipline and investigation language
  • Improved expedited arbitration language

The parties agree to unanimously recommend acceptance of this Memorandum of Agreement to their respective principals.

We will be holding a meeting via Zoom on Monday, October 24, 2022 in order to review the tentative agreement with you.

In attendance will be your bargaining committee to answer any questions you may have about the Memorandum of Agreement.

You must register in order to attend this meeting. After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information on how to join the meeting.
